Mr. Moore, is founder and managing partner of the healthcare IT analyst firm, Chilmark Research, which was founded in 2007. Current research at Chilmark focuses on the convergence of healthcare policies and healthcare information technologies to drive care coordination in support of new business models (ACO, PCMH, etc.) including: Analytics, Health Information Exchange, Connected Care, mHealth and Consumer Engagement. Published reports include: iPHR Market: Analysis & Trend; mHealth in the Enterprise; and Health Information Exchange: Analysis & Trends. Forthcoming reports will address: Analytics for Population Risk Management: Analysis & Trends; Infrastructure to Support Analytics; Payer Benchmark Report: Adoption and Use of Consumer Tech to Drive Member Engagement; mHealth Enabled Remote Care; and Employer Perspectives & Strategies to Reign in Healthcare Costs.

In addition to his work at Chilmark Research, Moore has been appointed to a number of initiatives including the Health & Human Services Healthy People 2020, Markle Foundation’s Consumer Workgroup and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts HIE workgroup.

Prior to founding Chilmark Research, Moore was responsible for corporate worldwide industry and market intelligence for Europe’s second largest enterprise software firm, Dasssault Systemes. Moore has held a number of other senior positions during his career including: directing all enterprise IT research activities for the analyst firm, ARC Advisory Group; Research Associate at MIT; VP of Marketing for an analytical instrument company and policy analyst for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

An accomplished speaker, Moore has made numerous presentations on current and future IT trends and their impact to markets. Widely quoted in numerous publications, he has also been interviewed and quoted in: AMA News, Baseline, CIO, CNBC, ComputerWorld, eWeek, Forbes, Health Data Management, InformationWeek, Investors Business Daily, US News & World Report, Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal.
